School Camps

Attending camp is a memorable experience for all students and provides them with an opportunity to form strong bonds with their peers and challenge themselves with a wide range of activities.

Year 7 Camp

Late in Term 1 each year, all Year 7 students attend Camp Adair in Hunua.  Students undertake a range of activities under the guidance of trained YMCA instructors.  Parents are invited to attend either as a day visit or for the duration of the camp.

Half of the Year 7 classes attend Mon to Wed of camp week while the remaining classes attend Wed to Fri.  Please see School Calendar for current year dates.

Year 8 Camp

In Term 1 each year, all Year 8 students attend camp either at Port Waikato or Hunua Falls Camp.

Each camp runs for three days and parent support is required to assist with smooth running of the camps.
